On short notice, I rented a limo last Friday. I was shocked by the luxury limo price tag of $300 an hour, but tried them anyway considering I didn't have a lot of time. To start, the driver was late. It was super hot in Seattle, and the air conditioning only halfway works in their stretched hummer, so we were all hot the whole night.. Then, on our way home the driver got lost causing us to be 18 minutes late. When I asked the driver if I was going to be charged extra for these 18 minutes, he said no so I reluctantly gave him an additional $100 cash tip. To my surprise, three days later my credit card was charged an additional $312. I am obviously *not* a happy customer. I will be disputing the additional charge and never use this service again!

Our drivers were friendly and not on time, but early! Sonny and Garry took great care of our family, and really helped us enjoy our evening, stress free. Such fantastic service. Would use again, highly recommend.

I called SO many limo companies in Seattle. Of the very few companies that even answered the phone, Luxury limos had the cheapest quote by far (it was half of a different competing company, which I was shocked!).
I worked with Sona, who was super responsive via text and enthusiastic to making a limo rental work for my event which once again is pretty different than all the other companies I had contacted.
The limo driver was super prompt, really friendly and accomodating, and easy to work with.
Would absolutely use them again.

We got a ride to and from the airport, Jody picked us up and arrived early to help us with our bags. The drive was comfortable and relaxing. Sonny picked us up at the airport and drove us home, another relaxing drive. I liked that they did not seem to be in a hurry to get us to our destination by cutting people off or driving like crazy people as we had experienced elsewhere. We will definitely use you again.
